Online registration for the 4th European Days of Albinism scientific conference is now open at 4eda.albinism.eu.
The EDA conference will take place near Oslo, Norway, on March 7th–10th, 2018. The scientific part of the event is open to researchers, medical practitioners and students with various sessions featuring worldwide experts on albinism. It is the fourth EDA conference after Paris in 2012, Valencia in 2014 and Milan in 2016. To allow more collaboration between the participants and more oral presentations, the duration of the conference has been increased by half a day compared to the previous EDA conferences.
The Scientific Committee of Albinism Europe is currently working on the detailed contents of the different sessions for the conference. The program will follow the same general structure as the previous EDA conferences. It will include sessions covering all of the different aspects of albinism: ophthalmology, dermatology, genetics, biology, epidemiology, neurology, pediatrics, therapies, day hospital schemes, …
Early-bird registration will remain open until January 15th, 2018.
In addition to the Scientific Committee members, speakers will be selected on the basis of abstracts submitted by the participants.
